นโยบายการคืนเงิน

All products are non-refundable. However, exchanges can be made free of charge within 15 days of purchase, either in-store or by post. Returned items must be in brand-new, unused condition.

Refunds are available only for purchases made with a credit card. If a refund request is submitted by 6:00 PM (ICT, UTC+7) on the day of purchase, it will be processed as soon as possible on the same day. Requests received after 6:00 PM will be processed as soon as possible on the following day.

Please note that while we aim to process refunds promptly, the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary by bank and could take up to 30 business days.
